Physical DescriptionCertificate presented by the American Legion Smyth-Bolter Post 58 of Sonora, California dated February 17th, 2009. The certificate, held in a wooden frame, commends President Obama and reads that it was given “In Recognition of Outstanding Cooperation and in Appreciation for Active Participation in Benefiting our Community, State and Nation”.
