Physical DescriptionBrown poster containing a navy blue simplistic depiction of a globe featuring a single hand with a white cuff reaching out of the top left of the globe, breaking the outer line. The word "APPEALS" is printed at the bottom of the poster in bright pink with "1985" printed in black in between the bottom of P and E in the word "APPEALS." The word "HIROSHIMA" is printed in black in a red rectangle over the P and E of "APPEALS."

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration. It was received through the Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
