Physical DescriptionA commemorative portfolio consisting of a plate of commemorative stamps (left) and a twenty dollar bill (right). In the center of the booklet is a brief summary of the history of the White House and all presidents who lived there. The cover of the portfolio is a blue and white image of the North Portico of the White House with a gold overlay in the center commemorating the 200th anniversary of the White House. The reverse side of the portfolio features an enlarged version of the stamp with the image of the White House.
Historical NoteThe piece was issued as a joint commemorative portfolio by the Department of the Treasury and the United States Postal Service.
