Physical DescriptionPhysical DescriptionA Tiffany & Co. sterling silver bud vase with a honeycomb design and a silver decorative honey bee. The vase is etched with a non-continuous honeycomb design along the exterior, tapering off towards the top of the piece. The honey bee figure is soldered to the side near the top edge of the vase.

Historical NoteThis flower vase is an example of the diplomatic gifts that the US Department of State would give to foreign leaders during the Obama Administration. The vase is a copy of a gift First Lady Michelle Obama presented to Queen Elizabeth II during a trip to the United Kingdom to promote the Let Girls Learn initiative in June 2015.
