Physical Description
Physical DescriptionWhite lace strapless knee-length dress (.a) with floral pattern and a gold-colored satin wrap (.b). The top of the bodice is adorned with white lace applique, white sequins, and pearl-like beads. The wrap has a textured pattern and is tapered at the ends.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of President Barack Obama's 2016 visit to Cuba.Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to Sasha Obama during the Obama Administration. It was received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
