Physical DescriptionPainting that depicts the traditional Korean motif of the sun, moon, and five mountains. Depicted in the foreground are two red trees with green leaves, one on the left and one on the right, with ocean waves between. The midground of the painting depicts five mountain peaks in green and blue with waterfalls cutting through. At the top of the work there is a solid blue sky with a white moon on the left and a red sun on the right.

Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
