Physical DescriptionBlue and red T.C. Williams High School Girls' Basketball warm-up suit jacket (.a) and pants (.b) personalized for First Lady Michelle Obama. Both are blue with red panels at the sides. The jacket has white piping along the sleeves and red piping under the arms. The T.C. Williams High School logo is embroidered on the upper right chest and the brand logo is embroidered in white in the upper left chest along with "First Lady Michelle Obama" in red. The logos are embroidered on the pants on the opposite sides. There is elastic at the pants' waistband and the wrists of the jacket. Embroidered on the reverse of the jacket is "Lady Titans"
Historical NoteReceived after First Lady Michelle Obama met with students at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Virginia to promote completing the FAFSA.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration.
