Physical DescriptionLeather bound hardcover book with gold trim at the edges. The title is debossed in the center of the cover in both Hebrew and English and filled with gold. The edges of the pages are also gold. The book was first published in 1979 on occasion of signing peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. Deluxe edition with Hebrew and English parallel text. The cover is brown with a gold borders.Historical NoteReceived on September 1, 2010 from Prime Minister of Israel, Binyamin Netanyahu, in advance of the re-launch of Direct Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration.
