Physical DescriptionA slightly transparent congratulatory proclamation with red and black calligraphy proclaiming Barack Obama as the first Democratic presidential candidate to receive the nomination from Porter County, Indiana. The document has been signed by numerous members of Porter County for Barack Obama and the Porter County Democratic Party in blue ink.
