Mark Friedman

Mark Friedman is the President of the Fiscal Policy Studies Institute (FPSI) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Friedman is the creator of the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework, a method designed to help governments, nonprofits, and communities improve the quality of life for their citizens.
