Ra Jong-yil

Ra Jong-yil is a former South Korean diplomat who served as Ambassador of Korea to the United Kingdom and former head of the Republic of Korea's national intelligence service. Ra has written books on the politics between North and South Korea as well as a children's book on Bibimbap. Ra is a professor at the University of Cambridge.
