Isabella Rauti

Isabella Rauti is an Italian academic, writer, and politician. Rauti has held numerous government advisory and ministerial positions including as the Head of Department of the Ministry of Equal Opportunities from 2008 until 2010, as an Advisor to the Minister of the Interior from 2013 until 2015, and as a Regional Councilor of Lazio from 2010 until 2015. From 2008 until 2013 Rauti served as the wife of the Mayor of Rome while her then husband, Giovanni Alemanno, was in office.
