Prime Minister Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf

Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf served as the Prime Minister of Mauritania from August 2008 until August 2014. In 2015 Laghdaf was appointed Secretary-General of the Presidency with a rank of minister. Prior to holding the Premiership he was the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Brussels and the European Union from 2006 until 2008.
