Winston Dookeran is a Trinidadian and Tobagonian politician, economist, and diplomat who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago from June 2012 until June 2015. Dookeran's prior role was serving as the Minister of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago from May 2010 until June 2012.
