Surujrattan Rambachan is a Trinidadian and Tobagonian politician and academic who served in the country's House of Representatives and held multiple ministerials positions.From May 2010 until June 2012 he served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, From June 2012 September 2013 he served as Minister of Local Government, and from September 2013 until June 2015 he served as the Minister of Works and Infrastructure.
