Mary Ann Humphrey

Mary Ann Humphrey is an American author and former officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. After her being discharged for being a lesbian, Humphrey became an advocate for civil liberties and gay rights. Every year Humphrey carries the United States flag at the Portland Pride Parade.
