Tommy Koh is a Singaporean diplomat and academic who served as the Republic of Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 1968 through 1971 and for a second time from 1974 until 1984. Between 1984 and 1994 he served as the Singapore ambassador to the United States. He is also a published author.
