Established in 1710, the Meissen State Porcelain Manufactory produced the first European hard-paste porcelain. Meissen has continued to create porcelain goods for over 300 years.

Products from Meissen can be recognized by the signatured Crossed Swords logo that was introduced in 1722 and is one of the oldest continuously used trademarks in the world.
