The CAN-DO (Clemency for All Non-violent Drug Offenders) Foundation is a nonprofit that advocates for legal reform and clemency for people serving harsh prison sentences for drug convictions. The organization was founded by Amy Povah, who was granted clemency for a drug conviction by President Bill Clinton in 2000 and received a full pardon from President Donald Trump in 2021.
