Jason Furman

Jason Furman is an American economist. In 2008, Furman joined Barack Obama's presidential campaign as the Economic Policy Director. From 2009 to 2012, he was Deputy Director at the National Economic Council. In June 2013, Furman was named Chairman of the three-member Council of Economic Advisers by President Obama until 2017.
