Jiang Mianheng is a Chinese businessman, academic administrator, and politician. He co-founded Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation and served as one of the head researchers for the Chinese space program. He served as one of the Vice Presidents of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
