Hitoshi Kikawada is a Japanese politician with a background in marine and environmental science. Kikawada has served four terms in the House of Representatives for the Saitama Prefecture 3rd Constituency. In 2015 he was appointed the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, a position he held until August 2016.
