Horacio Rodríguez Larreta is an Argentine politician and economist who served as the Chief of Government of the City of Buenos Aires from December 2015 until December 2023. Prior to becoming Chief of Government, Larreta was a cabinet chief to the mayor of Buenos Aires from 2007 until 2015.
