Jose Lampe Cuisia Jr. is a Filipino diplomat and banker who served as the Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United States of America from July 7, 2011 to June 30, 2016. He had previously served as the the seventh Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines from 1990 until 1993.
