Ambassador Kadyr Toktogulov

Kadyr Toktogulov is a Kyrgz diplomat who served as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United States from 2015 until 2019. Starting in 2016, Toktogulov simultaneously served as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Canada. Toktogulov had previously served as the press secretary to the President of the Kyrgz Republic and has a background in journalism.
