Petro Poroshenko is a Ukrainian businessman and politician who served as President of Ukraine from June 2014 until May 2019. Poroshenko had previously served as the Minister of Trade and Economic Development in 2012 and as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from October 2009 until March 2010.
