Marcus D. Levings served as the Chairman for the Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Nation (also known as the Three Affiliated Tribes) from November 2006 to November 2010. His Hidatsa name is "Eah-Bah-Dah-Gish" which translates to English as "White Headed Eagle".
