Isabel da Costa Ferreira is an East Timorese jurist, human rights activist, politician, and wife of East Timor's (also known as Timor-Leste) former president, Taur Matan Ruak. She was the First Lady of Timor-Leste from May 20, 2012 until May 20, 2017. She is currently the spousev of the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste, Taur Matan Ruak, since June 22, 2018.
