Tomas Fernandez Concepcion

Tomas Concepcion was a Filipino artist who lived and worked in Italy for many years before moving back to the Philippines and being appointed to the House of Representatives. Later he would move back to Italy where he created a bronze bust of United States President Barack Obama.
