Halston is a luxury American fashion brand founded by Roy Halston Frowick. Halston began his career as a milliner and designed iconic hats for First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy. In the late 1960s he founded a clothing boutique in New York, and his minimalist, elegant designs grew in popularity. After Halston's death in 1990, the brand continued to operate, changing owners several times.
