Tung Kuo-yu

Tung Kuo-yu is a Taiwanese diplomat who has served within Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a representative of Taiwan to the European Union. Tung participated in APEC relations during his time in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
