Hashim Thaçi is a Kosovar politician who served as the President of Kosovo from April 2016 until his resignation in November 2020. He had previously served as the Prime Minister of Kosovo twice, most recently from January 2008 until December 2014. Directly prior to serving as President, Thaçi served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from December 2014 until April 2016.
