Anniken Huitfeldt is a Norwegian historian and politician who has been a Member of the Storting, representing Akershus, since October 1993, initially in the role as a Deputy Member. During her time in parliament she has held different minister positions, first as the Minister of Children and Equality from February 2008 until October 2009, then the Minister of Culture from October 2009 until September 2012, then as the Minister of Labor from September 2012 until October 2013. She was later the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2021 until 2023.
