Ambassador Hersey Kyota

Hersey Kyota is a Palauan diplomat who became the Ambassador of Palau to the United States in 1997. He is the longest-serving ambassador and is currently the dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Washington, D.C, a position he has held since 2015.
