Kateryna Yushchenko is an American born Ukrainian humanitarian who served as the First Lady of Ukraine from 2005 until 2010 while her husband, Viktor Yushchenko, was President. Yushchenko worked in the U.S. State Department, Treasury, and the White House prior to moving to Ukraine in 1991 to establish and run the US-Ukraine Foundation.
