Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies is a special joint committee in the United States Congress formed every four years to manage the Presidential Inauguration. The committee is composed of sitting senators and representatives from both the Democrat and Republican parties. The responsibilities of the committee include planning and carrying out the President's swearing-in ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, a luncheon, and other events.
