Physical Description
Physical DescriptionTan-colored cloth with congratulatory message to President Barack Obama embroidered down the center. Some of the embroidered words are accented with blue sequins and small glass beads. The border is formed from blue iridescent sequins. The long edges are embroidered with floral designs.
