There is a jellyfish painted at the top right of the blue circle and there are many designs and swirls present across the painting along with a light blue wavy line across the top. The bottom half of a black and orange bird is at the top right of the canvas.Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama administration.
