Physical DescriptionAcrylic painting on canvas depicting the Obama family holding hands in front of a marbled blue and white background. The painting is mounted to a black wood panel with a red and white polka dot inner border, held in a distressed wooden window frame painted blue. From left to right in the painting: President Obama wearing black and white, Sasha and Malia wearing yellow, white, and black polka dot dresses, and First Lady Michelle Obama wearing a red top and skirt with white and black polka dots. In the center under the title, the painting is inscribed in white the dates of President Obama's time in office (2008-2012; 2012-2016), Obama family member names, and “The Obama Family.”
