Physical DescriptionTwo small handbags with with two black handles and a rainbow zipper closure. The handbags have a bright multi-color pop design depicting Disney princess imagery on a black background. The imagery includes various Disney princesses in portrait along with their associated items, such as Cinderella's glass slipper and Sleeping Beauty's castle. The pattern repeats across all sides and bottom of bags.Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a member of the general public to Malia and Sasha Obama during the Obama Administration. They were received through the Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
