Physical DescriptionTwo vinyl records in tan gatefold album covers with the artist name designed to look like cutout letters above a photograph depicting a group of men sitting at a table. Title is at bottom of the cover in black serif font. Inner sleeve is white. Label is yellow with black text.
Historical NoteIn correspondence sent with the gift, the gifter thanks the President for "having the guts, heart and wisdom to stand up for all Americans with pre-existing conditions, you literally saved us." The donor went through "massive chemo for Acute Myeloid Leukemia when Congress passed the ACA."
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a member of the general public to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. They were received through the Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
