Historical NoteFLOTUS and Dr. Biden traveled to Yankee Stadium to honor America's veterans at Game 1 of the 2009 World Series. They took the field with baseball legend Yogi Berra to watch Lt. Anthony Odierno (U.S. Army) throw out the game's first pitch. The gift was cleaned from the residence closet. [This is NOT the jacket FLOTUS wore during the event, though it is identical. This is most likely an extra that was kept on hand.]
