Physical DescriptionTwo cream stuffed teddy bears with an army fatigue bag. The limbs of the bear rotate, indicating that there is an interior structure. The army fatigue bag has a drawstring closure and the message printed in white: "Your first ally; was a Baden-Württemberger" above the Baden-Württemberg logo.
Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of the 2009 Strasbourg-Kehl NATO Summit.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a foreign official to President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during the Obama Administration. They were received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
