Physical DescriptionTwo women's lacrosse sticks with a silver shaft, white plastic head, and pink and white cord for the mesh. The inner parts of the head near the pocket are pink plastic. Near where the shaft meets the head there is a black swirling pattern.Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of a reception at the White House to honor NCAA Championship athletes and teams on September 13, 2010.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a member of the general public to the First Family during the Obama administration. They were received through the Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
