Physical DescriptionTwo lapel pins with a face depicting the seal of the United States District Court / Southern District of Texas in gold and navy blue. Seal has the image of an eagle facing left with outstretched wings, an American shield in front, and a branch in the left claw and arrows in the right. There is a flower in a circle above the eagle. Inscription around the edges. Pin back is separable.
