Physical DescriptionTwo purple and pink Fiorentina professional soccer club baseball caps with two white stripes on either side of wide centered purple stripe. Front embroidered logo depicts a red fleur-de-lis on white above "ACF" in gold, enclosed in a gold-bordered diamond shape. "Fiorentina Girls" embroidered in purple on the side.Historical NoteReceived on the occasion of Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's working visit to the White House on June 15, 2009.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a foreign official to Malia and Sasha Obama during the Obama administration. They were received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
