Physical DescriptionTwo silver bracelets with a central circle charm and two chain loops. "Croi alainn", which means a beautiful heart in Gaelic, is engraved on both sides of the circle.
Historical NotePresented by Irish Taoiseach Enda Kenny and his wife Fionnuala Kenny in March 2013 during a visit to the White House.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a foreign official to President Barack Obama during the Obama Administration. They were received through the Executive Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
