Physical DescriptionFour black t-shirts with a black and white screen printed design depicting theatre marquees with listed performances of Motown artists. In the bottom left corner of the design there is an image of a car. Printed in black and blue down the left of the design is the word "Motown." Printed at the back of the neck on the reverse is the logo for the Motown Museum.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThese items were gifts from a member of the general public to the First Family during the Obama administration. They were received through the Office of the President and maintained there until their transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library.Additional Details
