Physical DescriptionPhysical DescriptionReplica magic wand of the one used by the character Cho Chang in the Harry Potter movies, designed to appear wooden. Wand is a dark brown color with spots of darker shading, a curved spiral at the top of the shaft, carved notches down the center of the staff and a smooth, slightly spiraled, grip.

Rowling during a visit to the Harry Potter film set for Sasha's eighth birthday in June 2009.Custodial History / ProvenanceThe item was a gift from a member of the general public to Malia and Sasha Obama during the Obama Administration.
