Physical Description
Physical DescriptionOne dollar silver certificate Series1935A Hawaii. The front contains images of the number 1 in each corner and the word "ONE" along the border with ornate designs. George Washington is depicted in the center enclosed in ornate oval design. The back contains images of the number one over layed with the word "ONE" in each corner with ornate designs along the border. In the center of the back is the image of the Great Seal of the United States and the word "ONE" in large print. "Hawaii" is stamped in large block letters over the back.
Custodial History / ProvenanceThis item is material associated with various agencies and offices during the Obama administration and maintained as government property until its transfer to the National Archives in January 2017 for deposit with the Obama Presidential Library. Additional Details
